This privacy statement explains how Feriados handles the personal data we collect through this website and in connection with our school trips. The Dutch version is the reference text.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Mali Media Group bv (“Feriados” or “we”), Koning Albertlaan 15, 9840 Nazareth-De Pinte, Belgium, company number BE0875.757.867. We are responsible for processing the personal data collected through this website.

2. What data we process
Through the quote request form we process the data you enter yourself:
- the name of the school or institution
- your name and role
- email address and phone number
- information about the trip: type of trip, destination, period, number of participants and staff, budget and your comments
When organising a confirmed trip we may also need participants’ data, such as name, date of birth and travel document details. We only ask for this when needed to book the trip, for example for flight tickets.
Technical data: like any website, our server records technical information such as your IP address to keep the website secure and working properly.
3. Why we use your data
- to answer your quote request and send you a proposal
- to contact you about your request or trip
- to organise and carry out a confirmed trip
- to meet legal obligations, such as our accounting
We do not use your data for newsletters or other marketing emails, and we never sell it to third parties.
4. Legal basis
- your consent, which you give when you submit the quote request form
- the performance of a contract, when we organise a trip for you
- a legal obligation, for example for accounting
5. Who we share your data with
We only share data when necessary:
- with partners needed to carry out the trip, such as transport companies, accommodation and local partners
- with service providers who support us, such as our hosting company and email service; they process data only on our instructions
- with authorities, when the law requires it
6. How long we keep your data
We do not keep your data longer than necessary. Data from a quote request that does not lead to a trip is kept for up to two years after the request. Data from a completed trip is kept as long as the law requires, for example for accounting.
7. Cookies
This website only uses cookies that are needed for it to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and fonts are loaded from our own server. You can change your preferences at any time through the cookie banner. More information is available in our cookie policy (in Dutch).
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to withdraw your consent, to object to processing and to data portability. Send your request to info@feriados.be. We will reply as soon as possible and within one month at the latest.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
9. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
10. Changes
We may update this privacy statement, for example after a change in the law or a new feature on the website. The latest version is always available on this page.
